Is there a cost to join the program?
No, the rewards program and entirely free for everyone.
What information is needed to sign up?
To earn and use rewards points, we will need to have your name, email and phone number. You can sign up by using the form below. If you are an existing customer in our system and we have your Name, email and phone number on file you are already in the program starting July 1 2024.
How are the points calculated?
You earn points for every dollar spent in the store or online. $1=1 point. Once you earn 200 points, you'll receive a $5 off coupon that can be used for a future purchase
Do these coupons last forever?
No, these coupons must be used within 90 days of qualifying.
When do the points start being calculated?
As of July 1st, 2024 for customers already set up or when you fill out the form below.
Can you use more than one coupon at the same time?
Yes, you can use multiple rewards on a single transaction.
Can the rewards coupon be used on consignment gear?
Unfortunately, no, rewards coupons can only be used on new, or store owned gear and accessories.
What happens to my reward points if I return something?
Returns can result in negative rewards points. If a rewards coupon was used on the original transaction, the reward points will not be returned to your account.
Can I get cash for the rewards coupon amount?
No, the rewards coupons cannot be redeemed for cash.
Can I use the rewards coupon to purchase gift certificates?
No, the rewards program cannot be used to purchase gift certificates.
Can I use the rewards coupon for special orders or layaway sales?
No, the rewards program can only be used for in-stock products only.
What if the purchase amount is less than the rewards coupons, can I receive the balance back in cash?
No, the rewards coupons are not redeemable for cash.
Can partially use a reward coupon?
Yes, but any leftover balance will automatically be forfeited. We would recommend using the rewards coupons in full at the time of redemption
Is there an age limit to who can sign up?
You just have to be at least the age of 13 to earn rewards.
When can the rewards be redeemed?
Rewards can be redeemed as soon as they are earned.
Does the tax paid count towards the rewards points?
No, tax does not count towards rewards points.
I didn't provide my name and number for a previous purchase, can I still get my rewards points?
No, the information has to be provided at the time of purchase.
