Loud and Clear Music is a production company that specializes in commercial and soundtrack music composition and recording. Whether you're an ad agency, video production company, or filmmaker, our goal is to help you raise emotions and sell your message through music, to reach your target audience through their ears and hearts! Loud and Clear is the combined effort of Lloyd Maines and Matt Wiedemann to bring years of commercial music experience, a mile-long call-list of recording artists, and genre-bending musical skills to that purpose. Maines is a Grammy-winning producer and instrumentalist who has been playing music
and working in recording studios since 1972. Besides his too-numerous-to-list
album credits (try google-ing his name!), he has produced ad music for a range
of clients including Lone Star Beer, Taco Cabana, Ozarka Water, Miller Lite, Valero
Petroleum...and the list goes on. Lloyd is a multi-instrumentalist who prides
himself in 'trying to play what the music needs, and accommodating the mood and
feel of the song.' Those are his words -- give a listen, he succeeds! Matt Wiedemann is a composer and keyboard player, active in the Austin music scene many years scoring indie-films, playing and recording with bands, writing arrangements for orchestral ensembles, and producing music for TV and commercials. His credits include ad music for Schick Quattro, Texas Mutual Insurance, and Southwestern Bell, as well as licensed music for MTV and Fox television shows. Matt is a student of Hollywood-style orchestration, traditional piano, modern electronica, and musical points in-between. Our most recent work includes music for United Way '07 campaign, Broadway Bank, and Stowers Furniture.
